AS: You mentioned there about quality.
You know, this is something which, I
mentioned earlier about reputation.
Quality is extremely important. When we
buy material in China, we have our own
people who inspect the material. They
are technically qualified. We also have an
Indian who speaks fluent Chinese. Every
one of us in the company understands
the need for commitment on quality. I
have said to my people over the last 40-50
years, and to my customers everywhere,
that if there is a quality issue, we shall
resolve it to their satisfaction. I can't do
more. I think that the fact that we have
survived all these years speaks for itself.
